We are an independent company born from a North London crew consisting of Kiwis, Brits and a Swede. From different sides of the world we've blended our ideas but maintained some common themes. We all believe in balance - good quality, DIY, reducing our environmental impact and promoting a better food industry. We source ingredients locally as much as we can and have good relationships with our farms and suppliers. Our beef is cooked on charcoal for the best flavour, and our pork, smoked cheese and sauces are smoked in-house.
